Michael pays attention to every detail. He is always prompt, polite, and thorough. He knows what he’s doing and he does it well.

I highly recommend Alpha Heating and Air and would give them 10 stars if I could. After another company (Addcox) miswired my heat pump causing it to burn out (and they would not replace it) Alpha Air stepped up, found the correct size heat pump back in Massachusetts and had it flown overnight to Oregon and quickly replaced the heat pump (thanks, Michel!). Since the thermostat that Addcox had installed malfunctioned, Alpha Air got a new one, installed and calibrated it—which now works perfectly (thanks, Jason!)—and gave me tips on how to protect the new heat pump from the weather. I am completely pleased with the work they did, and the pleasant attitude of all the people with which I interacted.

Tech Michael came out to do a checkup and a maintenance of our heat pump/minisplit today. Prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend these folks

Had Michael come out to the house today to help service my heat pump . The filter was jammed in there from the last company that helped me out. He was able to get it out and supply a new one. He will come out. again, tomorrow to redo the piping that drains directly into my garage, which wasn’t a good idea from the last company they are so professional and so quick to get to the job sure appreciate them

After researching many HAVC companies, we now know why Alpha Heating and Air have, across the board, have a 5 Star rating! First of all they made something that we dreamed about, but couldn't afford as retired Seniors on Social Security Retirement, within reach for our budget. The Carrier Heat Pump, Cool, Heat & Emergency Heat system that we wanted was in the $11,500 range but with Alpha removing the $4,000 rebate off the price we paid, now it became affordable! Plus we will get a $2,000 rebate on our taxes next year making our dream Heat Pump System less than half price! That's not counting the electric bill savings!
Alpha's installation Team arrived on time at 9AM and did a Fantastic job on our installation, removing the old unit and installing our Heat Pump System by 2PM the same day! Plus they cleaned up and left our as if they were never there! Now Alpha did our Carrier product registration which gives us a 10 year limited warranty! My Wife and I have been married for 49 years and during that time have hired many HAVAC companies but Alpha is Heads and Shoulders Above All of the rest!

Michael from Alpha Heating & Air showed up ready to work. I needed to have routine maintenance performed every year with them and they always do a great job.
Michael was very professional, courteous, and got the job done in a very timely manner. He was also very respectful concerning our cat and not leaving doors open for him to get outside, etc.
I am very satisfied with the work and will have them back again next year or sooner if needed.

Came to fix failing system. Proposed replacement heat/chill system, plus a rebate on the whole deal. Team did the job in one AM.

Jason was fantastic. He arrived within a half hour of my call. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away. The thermostat was not wired correctly. He fixed it and the heat came right on. He also vacuumed out the furnace and gave me recommendations regarding the venting of the unit to the roof which I am going to have my roofer fix. I will definitely use Alpha in the future if I need service on the unit.

I’m always happy with this company and their employees. I won’t use anybody else, loyal customer here because of their quality service.

Tech ran late but was very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with the interaction.

Jason did a great job – he was knowledgeable, he was friendly, he was courteous, and most of all, he made sense. He found a problem that was created by a previousservice provider and fixed it. The fix should save me about $100 a month in my electrical bill.

Jason, the repair technician at Alpha Heating and Air, is fast, friendly and amazingly knowledgeable with all things HVAC. I believe he told me that he started accompanying and working with his father in the industry when he was only five years old and has continued with it his entire working career. I highly recommend him and Alpha Heating and Air as well.

Very polite and knowledgeable service technician. Sometimes older single women are taken advantage of, but I didn't feel that way at all.
