Michael was here this afternoon to do an annual checkup and cleaning of my HVAC 24k BTU mini split on my Mancave 600 sq ft building. He did an excellent job and was superb in his detail of work. He was also very personable to chat with while he was working, we share similar hobbies in music and building custom cars etc. 😎Alpha is our go to HVAC company, good service at a reasonable price 🙂

Alpha Heating & Air, has always been so very reliable. My Daikin Mini Split was due for yearly maintenance, and the fan had stopped. It was cold in our house. On Monday, I called & spoke to Roxanne. She made an appt for 2days later🙏🏻Mike came & was so kind. Blackberry vines had invaded the motor housing. By the grace of God, and Mike’s skill and expertise he was able to fix everything & now we are warm & toasty! Mike so very nice! Alpha is the absolute best! Thank You so much❤️🎄❤️

Jason, our technician was great. He called prior to arriving and informed me of his plan. He worked efficiently and verified the work I requested to be done. Alpha air staff always work diligently and don’t waist time on unnecessary items. Their communication is top notch. Also, they are one of the few companies that have qualified staff to work on unique products such as my oil burning furnace. I highly recommend alpha air for any HVAC needs.

Above exceptional. David did an exceptional job with our heat pump tune-up. He went above and beyond our expectations. He explained every task. I felt like he treated my heat pump like it was a precious jewel. David was very professional with a huge touch of kindness.

I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied with the service I got from Alpha Heating and Air. Mike Tracy came out and fixed my problem this morning. Hex was really professional and fast. I was so impressed that I called the company to tell them how happy I was with his visit. I'm still over the top happy! I recommend them very highly.

I highly recommend Alpha Heating and Air. We had our mini split serviced for maintenance and David,the technician went through and explained to us what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable,very kind,and polite. I could tell that he really loved his job.He cleaned our mini split thoroughly and he also evened out the condenser outside that was leaning forward.We are really happy with Alpha Heating and Air and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dave from alpha heating and air did the routine yearly maintenance on my 10yr old+ heat pump. As usual he did an excellent job. He did find a piece of equipment that needs to be replaced that will extend the life of the unit. Glad I had it checked

David was incredible. He was very thorough and detailed in checking everything. Had a good attitude and explained what the system needed and had the part on hand. Replaced it with no problem. Had a small freon leak. He repaired that as well. Was very pleased with my system service. Look forward system service next year.

David was here at time set up and serviced both furnaces in my duplex and ensured units were ready for cooler temperatures. Very professional employee but personable. Appreciate his expertise so I can be sure furnace will do its job as we approach colder temps.Penny

First, let me preface my comment by saying that I had never met Michael before this morning. 5 stars isn’t enough! 10 STARS! Michael was awesome! Very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field of work. He knew exactly how to diagnose any potential problems with my “dinosaur” heating system (his words, not mine) that is obviously nearly twice as old as him. Next time I need HVAC service I would insist on having Michael in particular perform the work required. Alpha Heating and Air,hiring Michael was a smart business decision, now, please give him a raise, he’s worth every penny. Highly, HIGHLY recommended Michael and Alpha Heating and Air!

Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. He thoroughly checked all components of our system, answered all of my questions, and offered useful tips. I was interested in several upgrades and he explained various options and advised on the best choices. His structured approach identified an issue that we can correct before it becomes a problem - that's the top of the game as far as I'm concerned.

Great Job, he checked everything and also found the locking caps on the freon tubs that will need to be replaced when a key is found?

Alpha heating is great. The service tech called and asked if he could come early. I had no problem with it, actually was happy. Tech was very nice and respectful. Couldn't ask for better service.
