Tech ran late but was very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with the interaction.

Jason did a great job – he was knowledgeable, he was friendly, he was courteous, and most of all, he made sense. He found a problem that was created by a previousservice provider and fixed it. The fix should save me about $100 a month in my electrical bill.

Jason knew what I needed immediately and fixed my mistake politely and quickly. He can fix my problems anytime.

Jason, the repair technician at Alpha Heating and Air, is fast, friendly and amazingly knowledgeable with all things HVAC. I believe he told me that he started accompanying and working with his father in the industry when he was only five years old and has continued with it his entire working career. I highly recommend him and Alpha Heating and Air as well.

Alpha heating and air did a great job starting my gas fireplace. Michael was here on time (actually a few minutes early 😊) and identified the issue. He talked me through the options available and he was able to fix the issue right on the spot. Very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them.

Michael Tracy and Roxann at Alpha Heating are Angels! My Mom’s unit was acting up (installed by retired Company) on a very chilly week in the Jan. Temps in the 25-30 range. I called and had immediate response, despite a booked schedule, on a Friday, Michael Tracy was able to come to my Mom’s rescue!! Warm, personal and professional. My Mom and I so thrilled! Now it feels like she’s on tropical island!🤣.

I feel like Alpha Heating and Air actually care about the people in their community and will make the extra effort to fix your heating and air problems even at the busiest time of year. I did purchase the Green Shield plan just because I was happy with the first service call, and it turns out I would soon use it on the next problem on my 20 year old TRANE system. Michael, the technician, was early and called to see if that would work for me. He was polite, introduced himself, took his shoes off at the door, listened while I told him what the issue was. He explained everything he was doing, showed me the broken part, had a new one in his van which he installed in minutes. He was very clean and careful of my home. He also gave me his card with his contact info just in case. The total cost was less than I was prepared for and I have heat! I could not be happier and will recommend Alpha and Michael to everyone I know.

Jason came to our home and quite promptly fixed the heat pump. He was very courteous, confident, conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained to us, in terms that we could understand what went wrong and how to fix it and hopefully avoid the issue in the future. He went beyond his job by trying to find the drain pipe that was the issue by going in the crawl space and looking in the attic. We were VERY satisfied with his work and professionalism.
