Jason came to our home and quite promptly fixed the heat pump. He was very courteous, confident, conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained to us, in terms that we could understand what went wrong and how to fix it and hopefully avoid the issue in the future. He went beyond his job by trying to find the drain pipe that was the issue by going in the crawl space and looking in the attic. We were VERY satisfied with his work and professionalism.

We had our heat pump put in last week and we are loving it. So nice to get up to a warm house. Having fun learning all the different modes.A very big shout out to Tyler and Kyle who installed the unit. They were on time and very knowledgeable and did a great job. We had David complete a service on our furnace this morning. He was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and what he was finding while he was conducting the service. He removed his shoes and was very careful not to damage anything in the house. He was also very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Alpha Heating and Air to my friends and family. I am very pleased with the new heat pump unit. The installation was completed in a timely and clean manner. The installers were polite and knowledgeable about the product and did a great job.When I turn it on in the morning the house warms up quickly. The unit that was replaced was from 1979 so I am curious what the electric bill will be.Great work!
Alpha heating put in my new HVAC system. I got a $4000 rebate because my system was 30 years old and the Freon that it had in it has been banned.They did all the paperwork to apply for the rebate.Finally I am warm!The professionals that installed it were excellent! Great experience. Down to earth staff and crew that were personable, yet efficient, and informative about the unit. Both my dad and I had Daikin units installed at our very differently laid out houses, and both of us are very happy with the placement and installation. He and I both highly recommend this business.
Jason quickly got to the bottom of the issue with my oil furnace. He got it up and running again and explained what the problem was in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

I was very impressed with their knowledge of our system. Jason and Logan were very professional and accommodating. I felt comfortable with their advice of what we should do and did it. We purchased a new hvac system and Logan led us to the one right for our living. The four installers we had, Dishawn, Kyle, Tyler, and Randy, were a delight to have. Somebody taught them right. For four young men, they were the most polite, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and personable guys I have had the pleasure to work with. And very respectful!! They are welcome any time at my home.
