Michael, the technician, was early and called to see if that would work for me. He was polite, introduced himself, took his shoes off at the door, listened while I told him what the issue was. Alpha Heating & Air, has always been so very reliable. My Daikin Mini Split was due for yearly maintenance, and the fan had stopped. It was cold in our house. On Monday, I called & spoke to Roxanne. She made an appt for 2days later🙏🏻Mike came & was so kind. Blackberry vines had invaded the motor housing.
