Easy to call and get scheduled for yearly maintenance on our ductless heat pump. Technician (Michael) showed up on time and was very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I will use them again next year. Update: We continue to be very pleased with Alpha Heating and Air after 5 years. Michael (our technician) and the whole crew are excellent. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.
