The technician was on time for the appointment and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and kept us posted so that we felt a part of the maintenance of our units and showed us anything that he thought we should see. He was done in very good time. Salesman Logan and installers Kyle and David were very friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Installers were quick to come after the contract was signed, had everything installed in one day, and we love our new heat pump. We even stopped by the office afterward and the nice lady there was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

The technician (Gabriel) was very patient and explained how the system worked and what to be aware of in the future. He showed me how to change batteries in the thermostat and reminded me to change the air filter. All the time he was quick and painless...maybe he should get into dentistry!!!

We didn't get good news on Alpha's BOGO tune-up trip for our ductless heat pump and our electric forced hot air furnace. Our 30 year old electric system needs to be replaced (not really a surprise, but still...) Alpha, though, did a bang up job deeply cleaning the indoor and outside components of our heat pump. All looks new again despite its age. We got pictures and a detailed explanation of where our old furnace was about to go. Then we had sales come in to see what options we had. Again, deeply detailed explanations, pros and cons and actually a deal we think we can swing, so thank you Alpha!

Alpha Heating and Air of Bandon did a Great job installing the Daikin Mini split at my residents ; it was easy , they supplied a licenced Electrician and the install was done in under 4 Hours. My home has been nice and cozy every since, Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Nick was here when he was supposed to be and a very pleasant young man. His attention to detail while he was here was very impressive.

My wife and I recently had our gas furnace of 19 years, shut down and quit operating. After researching the many excellent reviews of Alpha Heating and Air Bandon, I elected to use their services.
As it turned out, we needed a whole new furnace and AC unit. Logan recommended that we go with a Carrier unit, that would heat our house without issue. We took his suggestion. Kyle showed up the next day after my initial call to Alpha. He inspected everything, to see what the job would require. It was very clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and there was no doubt that we were in good hands.
Kyle and David showed up at 8AM sharp the next day, and did the complete install in about seven hours. The install was done with expertise, and everything thing was explained to us, regarding our new furnace/AC unit. There were no hang ups and no issues with the install. We are quite pleased with. the Carrier unit that they recommended to us.
I want to also stress that we are quite pleased with our entire experience of working with Alpha. From Roxanne and Jason, to Terri and Logan, the entire experience was professional and ethical.
If you live in the service area of Alpha Heating and Air Bandon, don’t think twice about using anyone else.

I have had techs from other company’s come to fix my heat pump3 times, no one seems to know what the problem is. every year the same problem occurs. Jason from alpha heating knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I am very happy with alpha and would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their heating systems

Michael came to check our heat pump water heater. Diagnosed potential issues. Called back next day to explain cost of replacing individual malfunctioning parts versus installing new unit. We opted for the new unit. Michael was very prompt in responses and very professional

I discovered Alpha Heating when I moved to Gold Beach five years ago. They installed a brand new HVAC for half the price of other estimates they come out twice a year to make sure everything‘s OK today I mentioned that I cough when I go into one bathroom and Nick spent some time walking around the house and suggested that I might have asperGillis , and where it might be. How do you let my dog play with him for the entire time he was here. Max is very happy.
