Appreciate detail work of exterior unit

I liked that Jason was relatable, easy to talk to, and explained everything so I could understand. He did everything he needed to do in a timely manner and was on his way.

The technician showed up on time he was efficient pleasant to be around and explained everything he was doing.

We didn't get good news on Alpha's BOGO tune-up trip for our ductless heat pump and our electric forced hot air furnace. Our 30 year old electric system needs to be replaced (not really a surprise, but still...) Alpha, though, did a bang up job deeply cleaning the indoor and outside components of our system. All looks new again despite its age. We got pictures and a detailed explanation of where our old furnace was about to go. Then we had sales come in to see what options we had. Again, deeply detailed explanations, pros and cons and actually a deal we could swing. The new system works so much better! We worked with David, Logan, Kyle, Gabriel, Terri and one more person on their team, electrician. Not only did they all answer all of our numerous questions, but they worked well together as a team. I wish more of my work environments had been so collaborative.

Michael did a great job! It was comforting to know we hired a professional! A friend of mine recommended Alpha, I will do the same. Some flowers for Roxanne too, very courteous and professional! It is great for our community to have a local company that is very good at what they do and are very reasonably priced!

Greg was thorough, friendly, and prompt, making sure to check for any potential leaks in the system. He communicated well with us, sent us photos of his work, and answered all our questions.

Greg attempted to diagnose the issue with my heater, but, unfortunately, it would not repeat the problem for him. He said he would return if issue happened again. Very professional and pleasant.

Kyle did a great job and was very professional.

The technician was on time for the appointment and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and kept us posted so that we felt a part of the maintenance of our units and showed us anything that he thought we should see. He was done in very good time. Excellent service as always.

Salesman Logan and installers Kyle and David were very friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Installers were quick to come after the contract was signed, had everything installed in one day, and we love our new heat pump. We even stopped by the office afterward and the nice lady there was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

The technician (Gabriel) was very patient and explained how the system worked and what to be aware of in the future. He showed me how to change batteries in the thermostat and reminded me to change the air filter. All the time he was quick and painless...maybe he should get into dentistry!!!
