Alpha was very professional and easy to work with. Greg, the technician, diagnosed the problem with the heat pump. He ordered the needed part to get the system back up and running. He showed up to install the part as soon as it arrived. I am very pleased with this experience, and I would recommend their service to anyone!

We had Alpha Kitchen and Air come for a small kitchen remodel. It involved changing the vent ducting from the old stove fan that sat below the "above the stove cabinet" to a modern range hood. Simple but as usual obstacles appeared that made the project not as straightforward as we thought. Gabriel came out for the estimate and took the time to look up in the attic and get a sense of the project and provided a fair and accurate estimate. Kyle the technician arrived on time and was very friendly and positive along with being very knowledgeable with a can do attitude and problem solved his way through some issues that inevitably presented themselves. Kyle took pride in his work and had a can do attitude.

Gregg was a pleasure to meet. He was very knowledgeable about the heat pump system that was installed by Alpha. Did a great job and would recommend him and Alpha Heating.

Technician showed up on time, performed the maintenance that was due and found a problem with the unit that is still under warranty. Coming back tomorrow to replace a part. We could not be happier with our experience with Alpha Heating and Air.

Greg did a great job and for a fair price!

They installed the port Orford Library's new mini splits and tested the larger heat pumps. The service was fast and the crew was awesome to work with.

David was the first technician that came out almost the next day or the day after but was very good at resetting all the error codes and diagnosing the problem. He then told me how much it would be and what it needed replaced, the motor is making really bad whining noises so the bearings is going out. David Arrington the first technician, was professional and very nice and he's local in the neighborhood of Reedsport. They had to order the part and seemed like it was going to just take a few days for the part to be in. I do feel the prices were a little high for labor. But considering HVAC labor costs on the coast it runs pretty standard. It was worth getting my mom's HVAC system up and going for her and now it runs so quiet and nice. Thank you David. And the second technician that came out was Greg Hafner who install the part was very nice and efficient, And only take about an hour. And thank you Greg.

We decided to try Alpha Heating on the recommendation of a local business after we couldn’t get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time with the competitor we’d been using. Alpha gave us an appointment for 2 days later and their technician Greg was prompt, pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the system in our home. He performed our unit maintenance quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the results. Alpha Heating is our go-to now and we highly recommend them!
